Volunteer

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our organization. We rely on volunteers to fulfill our mission of providing exceptional health services to those least served in a caring environment.

Volunteer Opportunities

    • Medical Clinic: Physicians, nurses, medical technicians, medical assistants 

    • Dental Clinic: Dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, reception, statistical data

    • Pharmacy: Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, dispensing technicians

    • Reception & Administrative: Greet patients, answer phone, prepare charts, make reminder calls and appointments, filing 

    • Eligibility Screening: Interview patients to determine financial eligibility and make sure that documentation is current.

    • Pharmacy: Front desk, application processors

    • Clinic dinner program: Prepare or solicit meals for clinic volunteers

    • Data entry: Compile and input statistical data 

    • Publicity and fund-raising: Man event booths, design fund-raising materials, write articles, assist with mass mailings
