The Medical Clinic staff includes a part-time Medical Director, full-time nurse practitioner, part-time Physician, part-time Nurse Practitioner, full-time Nurse Navigator, and two full-time Medical Assistants. They work with all medical and lay professionals who volunteer their time, and provide the continuity of care in consultation with physicians who rotate through to see patients. Area physcians are involved with Clinic operations.
The Clinic operates on weekdays and Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Volunteer physicians serve during the two evening clinics.

- A medical lab
- Five examination rooms
- Patient education room
- Procedure room
- Sample closet
- Two offices
A bi-monthly Outreach Clinic is held in Montross to assist those patients living some distance away from the Kilmarnock facility.
A psychiatric nurse practitioner sees patients by appointment, through referrals by Clinic providers.

Weekly, alternating between Tuesday evenings and Wednesday afternoons
